Service Provider Information

Step 1: Enroll in the Service Provider Training

To enroll in the Service Provider Training, contact Grace Toelkes at grace.toelkes@ks.gov. Please include your name, company name, e-mail address and mailing address.

You will be e-mailed the Student Participant Guide and the Documentation Guide along with instructions on accessing the training.

Step 2: Take the Service Provider Training
