Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMV)

Commercial motor vehicle operators are required to register for intrastate or interstate motor carrier cards depending on whether their business includes travel within Kansas or over multiple states.

The office is also responsible for issuing cab cards and license plates for motor carriers.
