Kansas Department of Revenue Tax Assistance Centers Move to Require Appointments for Office Visits

TOPEKA - As COVID-19 cases rise across the state, Kansas Department of Revenue Taxpayer Assistance Centers (TAC) are changing the way they operate. Beginning Monday, November 23, TAC will be only available by appointment for in-person assistance.
Kansas Taxpayer Assistance Centers aid taxpayers with personal and business tax questions regarding their specific Kansas tax accounts or general tax questions. TAC locations are closed on state holidays.
For an appointment, customers are asked to contact the office using the methods below:
