Fulfillment House License
Fulfillment House: Authorizes warehousing, packaging, order fulfillment and shipping of wine produced by, and belonging to, a valid Kansas special order shipping licensee.

Application Prerequisites
- New applicants are required to obtain a Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) prior to submitting your application for liquor licensure if they do not already possess their FEIN. For more information, go to: https://www.irs.gov/
Apply/Renew Online
To use the online system you must pay using an electronic check or credit/debit card. Please note that the payment processing vendor charges a service charge for electronic payments, $1.50 for an electronic check or 2.5 percent of the total for credit/debit card use.

Out-of-State Applicants
- Kansas Liquor License Application and Instructions (ABC-800)
- Copy of your Irrevocable Consent to Jurisdiction (ABC-160) form that has been stamped "FILED" by the Kansas Secretary of State*
*If you previously filed the Irrevocable Consent to Jurisdiction (ABC-160) form with the Kansas Secretary of State, you are not required to file this form again.

Electronic Monthly Report
Fulfillment House licensees must file a monthly report of shipments electronically by the 15th each month.
